The Anna Serra nursery school (complex number 2) continues with the second session of the series of meetings called “Scuola di Pensiero”(School of Thought), made for parents.
The topic that will be explored is gender issues and it will be leaded by Daniele Del Pozzo, Director of the Gender Bender Festival, and the university researcher Federica Zanetti, who will be answering the questions of the parents.
The theme of the meeting is a very topical subject (it was in fact the most voted among the parents of the school) and it wants to focus attention on the recognition of the culture of differences, on building a balanced and respectful dialogue between genders and on the educational and social experiences that can make people recognize what is common between masculinity and femininity from the first years of life .
Using the questions from the parents, the speakers will help us identify the situations that cannot be avoided when having a succinct and direct conversation with the children. This journey will follow up the resolutions of the last meeting, which was dedicated to playing, but will be able to go further to depict our present situation and look forward to the future.
