Nobody Nobody

A workshop for social workers by Daniele Ninarello

3-session workshop for social workers

The group will be guided on a journey of re/discovering and deconstructing postures, movements, knowledge and abuses that are imprinted on our bodies and, at the same time, they will try to elaborate tools for understanding society in order to break free from the culture of violence and exclusion. Starting with some activities, participants will be asked to express themselves on some issues, emphasizing the need to share their thoughts openly, in a protected space, without choosing reactions and opinions that are considered socially acceptable. The goal is to get the group to use their bodies to express what they will learn during this time of exchange that will take place during the discussions, leaving room for the dimensions of conflict, protest, pain or liberation.

Daniele Ninarello studied at the Rotterdam Dance Academy and has danced with internationally renowned choreographers including Bruno Listopad, Virgilio Sieni and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui. His works have been presented in the most important Italian and international festivals. He is supported by Lavanderia a Vapore and Festival OrienteOccidente.
