Letizia Lambertini
Historical-anthropological training, specializing in gender studies. Always a freelancer. For 30 years, she worked in equal opportunities in public social services, where she was involved in research, planning, and social and migration design, education on gender and cultural differences, combating male violence against women, and female empowerment in migration contexts and in the care professions. Today she works mainly in training at universities and in public and private social and educational services.

Giovanni Amodio
Psycho-pedagogical training, specializing in studies on combating child maltreatment and abuse, master trainer in Systemic Neuro-Linguistic Programming. For over 40 years, he has worked in social and educational services in various organizations (social cooperatives) and public bodies (Ipab and local authorities), where he has been involved in designing innovative services for children, implementing measures to protect abused children, and designing services for adolescents. He has held positions (as an employee) with local authorities for the management of social and educational services and family centers and created “Incontri di Mondi” (Encounters of Worlds), an intercultural week at the Municipality of Casalecchio di Reno, now in its 12th edition. He collaborates with the Teatro Testoni in Bologna.
He has taught at several Italian universities (general and social pedagogy) and collaborated with various ministerial departments on childhood and adolescence as a trainer. Today, she works mainly in consulting and training between universities (Unibo) and public socio-educational services.
